I found them on Etsy and they come in a variety of styles and flavors. I am thinking about ordering the exact style above for my guests in either strawberry or watermelon.
They are a little more than the average tent cards but they can be used as a wedding favor too so it kind of evens out.

What an adorable idea. I love the color and unique design. One great way that IU found to list table numbers and list who is at what table is by using panes of old glass and writing the lists on the glass with white sharpie or wax pencil. Looks very shabby chic/vintage and is a unique idea. Congratulations and I hope you have a wonderful wedding day!
